新帝国宣布紧急状态！

（2011年，3月6日）禁区能力者在帝国四处各地引起轰动，包括破坏建筑屋和屠杀平民百姓。在这个混乱的紧急关头，新帝国最高首相——卡尔缇.梅菲思突然宣布在混乱之中，少年帝王不幸被乱徒屠杀，然后卡尔缇他向世界宣布自己为第四代帝王。政府已经派出专门对付禁区能力者的特别训练部队“红莲甲夜魔军” 将所有的乱徒给镇压住了，但死伤还是难以避免。

为了确保人名的安全，帝王卡尔缇在今早凌晨宣布我国将堕入紧急状态，所有人名在必需关门躲藏在家里，所有公共场所、民众服务、学校等都必须立即关闭停止活动，一直到宣布紧急状态完毕才能继续回平常的活动。

“…禁区能力者突然暴走的真正原因，到目前为止还在调查中。但大家请放心，我们政府已经完全地将所有暴走的禁区能力者给征服了…” 帝王卡尔绨在今早受访时这样说明。

"Missing" toll over 12,000

Until yesterday, the morgue for victims (mostly soldiers) has receive 58 bodies, the AVK news agency reported, citing D'Nation 5th Battalion sources.

NEA President Origami Cain, strategist for the 'Operation Heaven's Wrath' said until earlier yesterday the 'missing' toll from 24 March aftermath stood at an estimate of 12,000, which is only accounted for the number of fix resident in Blog River, excluding from the mass number of outsider who visit the city.

The aftermath struck fear into people nearby the city, running while evacuating after the first strike from the mysterious mob describe as the 'fallen angel'. Aftermath experts from around the globe hesitate that this incident might fall to worst in the coming future.

D'Nation President Algustos Fernades, who has declared a national emergency, visited Blog River to survey the damage and promised residents of D'Nation that the government will put in every effort to prevent the worst outcome, if the second wave attack occur.

"We advise people not to go near EF, which is now declare as quarantine area," Algustos told a news conference in Blog River, adding that rescue efforts to find people will go on until the very end of the day, or the rescue efforts might have to stop if the situation getting worst.

The 24 March aftermath, which hit at 12.56am was felt as far away as Eden Continent, far east of Ease Continent, where the sky still remain as 'flaming dawn color' describe by a carefree resident of Eden Continent. "Looking at the far west horizon makes me feel like wanna puke, just imagine the situation under the EF, definitely is a hell-on-earth in there, and damn! Both of my daughter are staying there!"

An army camp was set up on a highland field north from Blog River City, under the 'Operation Heaven's Wrath (OPH)', a special force team join group by various people and community, including armies and intellectual group of people.

"I can't even bear to think of the future, ha and I don't care about it either! Just for now I'll hope that God can still hear our pray..." said Pamela Dark, 16, a team member of OPH.

"There is nothing to go back to, and there is no turning back for us now. I hope my uncle is still alive... I am willing to do anything including to give out my life in order to bring down that jackass! Humanity will go on!!" said Avril Kula, with a little bit overexcited, who spent her days in a military tent with her friends and a Notebook.

A soldier recounted how he pulled his life from the mangled remains of building after the first wave.

"I keep yelling... begging for mercy from God... with blood all over my body... and they (the 5th Battalion) finally managed to get me out - when I was saved the fatigue was great but so was my joy," he said. - AVK
